Carbon Offsets & Energy Transition
Offset what you emit.
Fund what comes next.
Terrasition gives you two ways to act: verified carbon offsets for measurable reductions today, and Frontier funding for projects that help build what comes next.
Choose Offsets, Frontier, or a mix of both. You stay in control of the allocation.
The Gap
Offsets matter. But they are not the whole answer.
Carbon offsets fund verified emissions reductions and give people and businesses a concrete way to address their footprint. That matters. But not every important transition project fits the carbon credit market. Some projects reduce emissions, improve carbon intensity, or enable cleaner energy systems without generating tradeable credits. Others are too early, too unconventional, or too context-specific for traditional financing. That is the gap Terrasition exists to help fill.
Two Products
Choose how you contribute.
Terrasition offers two products. You can choose one, the other, or combine both.
Offsets
$23.50/tonne
- Verified carbon credits from Gold Standard projects
- Retired in a public registry on your behalf
- Documentation for claims and reporting
- You can say: "I offset X tonnes"
Frontier
$21.50/tonne
- Capital deployed to credible energy transition projects
- Focused on opportunities that need funding to exist or grow
- Transparency reporting on where capital is deployed
- You can say: "I funded the transition"
Offsets address emissions through verified credits. Frontier helps fund what gets built next.
Why Frontier Exists
Why Frontier exists.
Offsets are useful, but they can only fund projects that fit the carbon credit system. That leaves a funding gap for credible transition work that matters in the real world but does not generate carbon credits or fit conventional capital. Frontier is designed for that gap. It gives subscribers a way to support energy transition projects more directly through a governed, transparent capital model. This is not a donation. It is not an investment product. It is not a carbon credit. It is a separate option for people who want to fund what comes next, not only account for what has already been reduced.
How It Works
Four steps. You stay in control.
01
Calculate
Use our calculator to estimate your annual carbon footprint, or start with the North American average of 15 tonnes per person, per year.
02
Choose
Select Offsets, Frontier, or use the slider to split your contribution however you want.
03
Subscribe
Set up a monthly subscription or make a one-time purchase. Minimum 1 tonne.
04
Track
Log into your dashboard to see offsets retired, Frontier capital deployed, and your cumulative impact over time.
Transparency
Built for clarity, not confusion.
Offset purchases fund verified carbon credits retired on your behalf.
Frontier contributions are tracked separately and used for energy transition deployment.
Frontier does not provide ownership, equity, financial return, or carbon credits.
Reporting is provided so you can see where funds go and what they support.
Start with what you know. Explore what's next.
If you want verified offsets, we offer them. If you want to fund the transition more directly, we built Frontier for that. You can start with either one or split between both. There is no required mix and no prescribed path — just two clear ways to take action.
